劇情簡介/相關花絮：
跌破所有專家、影評人的眼鏡，因為沒有大牌明星，也沒有特效科技的新片《驚聲尖笑》，以4250萬美金傲人成績成為美國今年開春以來賣座第二名的電影，幾乎可以說是顛覆了所有好萊塢的電影公式，也再度印證了時下青少年的獨特口味。
到底這部噱頭十足的電影哪裡吸引人了呢？《驚聲尖「笑」》不僅是《驚聲尖叫》系列的搞笑版，而且把《是誰搞的鬼》、《厄夜叢林》、《刺激驚爆點》、甚至《莎翁情史》拿來大開玩笑。
除此之外，片中還有無厘頭的裸露鏡頭，以及一堆髒話對白，不過這部電影在美國仍然以「R」級過關，這相當於台灣電檢處的「輔導級」標準，即16歲以下得以大人陪同觀賞之。
由於最近喜劇片的數量相當少，因此《驚聲尖笑」》一推出馬上就擄獲青少年的心。
